Accepted Students

Congratulations and welcome to the Warrior family!

Now that you have been accepted to Indiana Tech, there are just a few things to complete before you can begin classes. Here’s a step-by-step checklist to help guide you.

  1. Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) with Indiana Tech’s school code 001805.
    1. Please note that the 2024-2025 FAFSA is now available for you to fill out; however, due to the release of FAFSA information being delayed until mid-March 2024, financial aid packages will not be released until sometime in April. Once software updates and testing occur, Indiana Tech will complete aid packages as quickly as possible.
  2. Submit your $100 tuition deposit for enrollment.*
  3. Submit your $350 housing deposit to reserve your room in our residence halls (for students who plan to live on campus).*
  4. Enroll in our self-service password management system LetMeIn.
    1. Residential students will receive their login information for LetMeIn 72 hours after they have submitted their housing deposit.
    2. Commuter students will receive their login information for LetMeIn at the start of the course registration process.
  5. Complete the housing application (for students who plan to live on campus).
  6. RSVP for Become IT
  7. Work with your admissions counselor to complete any final paperwork.
  8. Send your final official transcript(s) to the Admissions Office.

*Please note that deposit refunds must be requested in writing and postmarked on or before June 1.  If a deposit is submitted after June 1, it is non-refundable.
